After a succesful launch in May and a busy entry into summer, Hai Street Kitchen & Co. will introduce its first new signature roll on July 28. The Screaming Tuna Roll is a combo of raw, chopped Yellowfin Tuna mixed with kimchi, gochujang sauce, and sesame oil, rolled up with pickled mango, lettuce, carrot, cucumber, red onion, and asparagus.

Hai Street Kitchen & Co., a Japanese–inspired fast–casual concept, is now open in Philadelphia at 32 S 18th St.
The restaurant serves large sushi rolls filled with items such as grilled steak, fried chicken, shrimp tempura and grilled mushrooms. Patrons can also get these items in a bowl with rice or greens.
Hai Street Kitchen & Co. has six “signature” roll options.
“The Shroom” includes a grilled portabello mushroom, chimichurri sauce, spring lettuce mix, carrots, roasted beets, and asparagus.
