Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza, one of the nation’s leading build-your-own pizza chain, today announced that it will open its 20th Southern California location on Thursday, October 23. To celebrate the grand opening, the Gateway Shopping Center location will offer free build-your-own artisanal pizzas on Friday, October 24 between 11:00 a.m. and midnight to anyone who follows Blaze Pizza on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook. The fast-casual concept is located at Brea’s Gateway Shopping Center (103 West Imperial Highway), next to Corner Bakery.

Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza announced that it will soon be opening three new locations in the greater Chicago area. The fast-casual concept will expand its footprint to five locations in the metro by early 2015. Two locations are scheduled to open in late 2014: the Presidential Towers (24 South Clinton Street, Chicago) in October, and the Westfield Old Orchard Mall (4999 Old Orchard Center, Skokie) in November. Coming in early 2015 is the Evanston location (1737 Sherman Avenue, Evanston), a stone’s throw from Northwestern University.
Blaze Fast Fire’d Pizza has announced that its 25th restaurant is set to open next month in Mission Viejo, California, and its 60th restaurant is scheduled to open in New Orleans, Louisiana in December.
The fast-casual pizza chain is on track to open one new restaurant every six days for the remainder of 2014.
Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza, started by the co-founder of Wetzel's Pretzels, announced the June 9 opening of its newest location in Louisville, Kentucky. The 2,300 square foot restaurant is located in Louisville's Shelbyville Road Plaza.
"Kentuckians love pizza, but they really don't have a good way to enjoy a quality pie without the wait," Executive Chef Brad Kent says. “Blaze Pizza is all about letting folks enjoy custom-built artisanal pizzas at crazy fast speed. It's a concept I'm thrilled to lend my expertise to."
