Le Duff America Announces New Hire Sheryl Fox

Le Duff America Inc, the North American subsidiary of Groupe Le Duff SA, announced the hiring of Sheryl Fox as the senior director of nontraditional venue business development. In this role, Fox takes responsibility for growing Le Duff’s la Madeleine Country French Café, Brioche Dorée, and Bruegger’s Bagels brands in highly-trafficked, nontraditional foodservice venues, such as those in airports, universities, and healthcare hubs. She brings a strong track record of success developing brands in these settings.

Brioche Dorée Announces Airport Growth Plans

Brioche Dorée, the Parisian-style urban bakery café, has signed an agreement to open in the Delta terminal at Syracuse Hancock International Airport in December.

Brioche Dorée, which has more than 30 North American bakeries, offers a range of European café options. From espresso-based coffees and croissant breakfast sandwiches to quiches, pizzas, and French-inspired desserts, the menu options and brand aura intend to re-create the street-side café in a modern environment.

Brioche Dorée Lands at Charlotte International Airport

Travelers at Charlotte Douglas International Airport can now visit the streets of Paris between every arrival and departure. Brioche Dorée, the Parisian-style urban bakery café, will open in E Concourse on April 11.

Jeff Drake Named President of Trio of Le Duff Brands

Le Duff America named Jeff Drake as president of Brioche Dorée North America, Au Pain Doré, and Michel's Bakery Café.

As president, Drake will lead strategic growth and development for the three brands, which operate 60 cafés across the U.S. and Canada.
