Bruegger's Celebrates St. Patty's With Green Bagels

Bruegger’s Bagels, known for its authentic New York-style bagels, signature coffees, and egg sandwiches, will once again offer green bagels to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day from Saturday, March 14, through Tuesday, March 17.

First sold in 1997 at a Pittsburgh Bruegger’s Bagels location, green bagels are made in the same authentic New York style as the bakery’s regular menu bagels — kettle-boiled and baked fresh in small batches.

Bruegger's Rolls Out Lunch Menu at Company Locations

Bruegger’s Bagels will roll out its new lunch menu to all company-owned locations by March.

The menu was tested successfully last year in Cleveland and Burlington, Vermont. In its most far-reaching lunch update in over a decade, Bruegger’s Bagels has kept guest favorites and added a carefully crafted selection of innovative new items inspired by the traditions of the New York-style deli. 

Bruegger's Bagels Picks Winner of $10,000 Art Contest

Bruegger's Bagels selected the original artwork of Taia Morley of Stillwater, Minnesota, as the winner of its $10,000 Artist Challenge.

As part of the 2014 opening celebration for its new prototype and flagship Commerce Hill bakery in Woodbury, Minnesota, Bruegger’s Bagels issued a $10,000 Artist Challenge. The competition sought an original work that conveyed the artist’s interpretation of the Bruegger’s Bagels brand to complement the bakery’s new urban chic design. Morley’s winning work is now displayed in the Commerce Hill bakery and other select locations nationwide.

Bruegger’s Bagels Delivers Flavors of Fall

Bruegger’s Bagels celebrates fall with a new menu that features seasonal must-haves and all-American fare.

One of fall’s most popular flavors is pumpkin, and Pumpkin Bagels and Pumpkin Cream Cheese, both made with real pumpkin, make their annual return to the menu. Also coming back is Pumpkin Spice Coffee, made with cinnamon, nutmeg, and other spices.

Jamba Franchisee Boosts Dayparts with Cobrand

Quick-serve corporate offices generally dictate cobranding partnerships. But, as in Arturo Zindel’s case, sometimes a franchisee’s passion for another brand motivates the executive team to agree to new partnership opportunities.

Zindel, a Jamba Juice franchisee, plans to open five cobranded stores with Bruegger’s Bagels.

Bruegger's Franchisee Opens Fourth Denver Store

Bruegger’s Bagels, known for its freshly baked, authentic New York-style bagels, fresh ingredients and signature coffees, will celebrate the opening of its fourth Colorado location on Friday, February 7.

 

The new bakery is in Littleton at the Shops at Riverbend, 5350 South Santa Fe Drive. This is the fourth Bruegger’s Bagels bakery in the Denver metro area and the first opening for franchisee Shawn Carter, who purchased most of the Colorado locations in 2012.
