The average unit volume increased from $1.47 million to $1.75 million, a 19-percent increase over last year. Additionally, the company reported a 2.6-percent same-stores sales increase for its first two company-owned restaurants in Tampa, Florida.

This location is one of four units to be developed in the greater Washington, D.C., area over the next several years.
