Camille's Rolls Out Antipasto Salad Plate

Camille’s Sidewalk Café, a Tulsa, Oklahoma–based franchisor of fast-casual, coastal inspired restaurant/cafés, announced the immediate system-wide rollout of its brand new Antipasto Salad Plate.

The term antipasto means “before the meal” and is the traditional first course of a formal Italian meal. It generally includes cured meats, olives, anchovies, artichoke hearts, cheeses, and other pickled meats and vegetables.

Camille’s Sidewalk Café Launches Spring Menu

Beautiful Brands International (BBI) announced a system-wide rollout of a new spring menu to all Camille’s Sidewalk Cafes nationwide after experiencing a strong increase in sales during a test program at its flagship corporate location in Tulsa.

The menu additions come on the heels of last month’s successful new smoothie line launch that resulted in an increase in same-store sales.

Camille’s Goes Paperless With iPads

Beautiful Brands International has just launched a new Go-Green Initiative with the system-wide rollout of Apple iPads at its new Camille’s Sidewalk Café stores. The iPads are being used in an effort to increase kitchen efficiency and reduce the amount of paper used in the franchise.

A New Kind of Mom and Pop

David Rutkauskas was fresh out of college when he decided to help his father fulfill his dream of opening a deli in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Health Deli, which opened on the base floor of an office building in 1987, became a family affair, with Rutkauskas and his parents all pitching in to shop sandwiches, wraps, frozen yogurt, and smoothies to the office tenants.
