CiCi's Pizza Welcomes New Senior Real Estate Manager

CiCi's Pizza, known for its endless pizza, pasta, salad and dessert buffet, named Richard Hoying as its new senior manager of real estate. Hoying, a real estate and franchise executive with more than 25 years of experience, will support CiCi’s strategic growth strategy through real estate development in domestic and international markets, as well as in nontraditional venues. Among additional responsibilities, Hoying will also leverage broker relations to support corporate and franchise growth and will lead franchisees through the real estate development process.

At some point, most customers have the unpleasant experience of walking into a quick serve, ordering food, and getting a less-than-warm greeting from an employee who seems disconnected from his work and guests.
