To facilitate calibration of installed solid simulator probes, Cooper-Atkins introduces the Syscal Calibration System. This system allows for on-site testing to be completed, eliminating the need for equipment to be removed and returned for calibration, saving time and labor in the recertification procedure. The process monitors the accuracy of a previously installed TempTraktransmitter and its modified Solid Simulator Probe, measured as a unit, and in place within the use environment. The readings are then compared against a reference standard.
