Subs for a Year Awarded at Cousins Subs Opening

Wisconsin-based Cousins Subs announced the opening of its third Greater Phoenix–area location opening this year, scheduled for Thursday, November 1.   

In honor of Cousins Subs’ 40 years in business, the first 40 store guests who purchase 7.5-inch sub combo will receive free Cousins Subs for an entire year.

The store will open at 10 a.m. on November 1.

Bert Greer, who signed a franchise agreement under local Cousins Subs franchise developer, Cliff Jones, will open his first Cousins Subs franchise location in Mesa.

Cousins Subs Seeks Growth with Franchising Program

All franchisors want the best for their franchisees, but Cousins Subs—a Wisconsin-based deli sandwich chain with 150 stores in six states—is truly walking the walk with its recently launched Founders Program.

Better Day.”  The marketing campaign focuses on aggressive change and increased marketing investment, poising the company to grow by 10 percent annually.

Cousins Subs Launches Two LTO Sandwiches

Wisconsin-based Cousins Subs is debuting two brand new subs that celebrate its Midwestern heritage and a natural fondness for brats and cheese.

Available at all Cousins Subs locations, the Wisconsin Steak and Brat features thinly sliced steak and bratwurst, along with Cheddar cheese and sauteed green peppers and onions.

A cheesehead's dream, the Wisconsin Cheesy Chicken features juicy chicken breast, a generous serving of American cheese, and sauteed green peppers and onions.

Cousins Subs Fans Take on Big, Tasty Challenge for Charity

Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin-based Cousins Subs celebrated the Wisconsin State Fair and dedication to local nonprofit organizations with the Big Daddy Challenge on August 8.

The 40-year-old, East Coast-style sub brand charged three teams, led by Milwaukee celebrities, to compete in building and eating the infamous, 17-ingredient, 19-ounce Big Daddy sandwich in the fastest time possible.

In the end, the team led by local radio hosts Kramp and Adler reigned victorious and won $1,000 for the Hunger Task Force. 

Cousins Subs to Unwrap Store in Greater Phoenix Area

Cousins Subs announces it will unwrap another new store in the Greater Phoenix area in 2012. Bert Greer recently signed a franchise agreement with Cousins Subs, making the forthcoming store his first location in Arizona.  

The new Cousins Subs store will offer deli-style sandwiches with freshly sliced meats and vegetables, and will serve-up fries and grilled sandwiches. The new location will also feature a refreshed Cousins Subs store aesthetic and menu board. 

Cousins Subs Celebrates 40 with "Better Day Giveaway"

Wisconsin-based Cousins Subs is giving one lucky winner the chance to get behind the wheel of a custom yellow 1972 Ford Mustang Convertible as part of the "Better Day Giveaway."

Cousins Subs fans can submit a photo and their favorite classic road trip story for a chance to win. The contest commemorating the company's 40th anniversary will run through Aug. 13, 2012.

Cousins Subs Plans First Unit in Florida

Cousins Subs today announced it will be unwrapping a new store in Orlando, Florida, in 2012. Venezuelan native Jack Evola recently signed a franchise agreement with Cousins Subs, making the forthcoming store the first location in the state.

The Orlando Cousins Subs store will offer deli-style sandwiches with freshly sliced meats and vegetables, and will serve up fries and grilled sandwiches. The new location will also feature a refreshed Cousins Subs store aesthetic and menuboards. 

Cousins Subs Sets Up Shop in Glendale, Arizona

Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin-based Cousins Subs today announced it will be unwrapping a new location in Glendale, Arizona, on Thursday, May 17. 

Wisconsin native Brian Herczeg and his partners–father Les Herczeg, sister Christina Herczeg, and brother-in-law Matt Walsh–will be opening their first Cousins Subs location at 5350 W. Bell Road, Suite 130, Glendale, Arizona, 85308. Walsh will be leading the efforts as part owner and manager of the new store.
