Dog Haus, the gourmet hot dog, sausage and burger concept, has officially named Adam Gertler the "Würstmacher" (sausage-maker) for the rapidly expanding restaurant. In his new role, Gertler will oversee the production and creation of Dog Haus' proprietary sausages, which include everything from a Spicy Thai Red Currywurst to a Chicken Fontina Sausage to Dog Haus' signature Pastrami Dog.
Dog Haus, the Pasadena-based concept, will open its first franchise location in Canoga Park, California on June 14th.
Located at 6501 Topanga Canyon, the restaurant will be the 4th location of the emerging brand, which has plans for more than 50 additional locations to open throughout California, Colorado, and Utah in the months to come.
