This October, Dunkin’ Donuts has two new ways for on-the-go people to claim their steaks, having launched the new Angus Steak & Cheese Wraps. Offering a full portion of Angus steak wrapped in a warm, eight-inch tortilla, Dunkin’ Donuts’ Angus Steak & Cheese Wraps are served with white Cheddar cheese and the choice of either barbecue or ranch sauce. The Angus Steak & Cheese Wraps are available at participating Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants nationwide for a limited time.
National Coffee Day and International Coffee Day are this Sunday, September 29, and Dunkin’ Donuts is planning a celebration fit to a “T.” In addition to treating fans to a mobile offer via the Dunkin’ App for a free small cup of coffee at Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants, as well as special in-store offers for Dunkin’ Donuts packaged coffee and K-Cup packs, Dunkin’ will mark National Coffee Day with the launch of the first-ever Dunkin’ Donuts-themed global T-shirt design challenge, in partnership with Threadless, a creative community that makes, supports, and buys great art.
The opening of the first West Valley City, Utah, Dunkin’ Donuts is scheduled for Tuesday, October 1, 2013, at 5 a.m. There will also be a VIP party on Monday, September 30, with free samplings of Munchkins and iced or hot coffee for guests who stop in between 6 and 9 a.m.

Local Dunkin’ Donuts franchisees in Providence, Rhode Island—Joe, Chris, and Cliff Prazeres—and their fellow franchisees, employees, suppliers, and partners exceeded their goal of raising more than $250,000 for Special Olympics Rhode Island at the 5th Annual John Henderson Invitational Golf Tournament held at Kirkbrae Country Club in Lincoln, Rhode Island.
The Prazeres family made a five-year commitment in 2009 to raise $250,000 to help fund the construction of a sports education and training facility at Special Olympics Rhode Island headquarters.
Dunkin’ Donuts announced that it has signed agreements with two franchise groups to begin developing Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants in the United Kingdom. The two agreements call for the development of 50 Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants in Greater London over the next five years, with an initial focus on North London and East London.
The chain is also in advanced discussions with additional franchise partners to help develop a total of 150 Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants in the U.K. over the next five years, which includes the two signed agreements.
Quick-service operators are launching seasonal menu items earlier this fall in an effort to beat their competition to the punch. From pumpkin doughnuts to caramel apple frozen yogurt, fall-flavored menu items are popping up across the industry even before the season has officially begun.
“We usually launch [fall products] in October. But this year, for the first time, we are bringing them out in September,” says Lafeea Watson, spokeswoman for Krispy Kreme. “That’s what the industry seems to be doing.”
To help kick off September in a big way, Dunkin’ Donuts is toasting big appetites with the launch of the new Angus Steak Big N’ Toasted breakfast sandwich.
For guests seeking a satisfying breakfast on the go that is larger and heartier than the typical breakfast sandwich, the Angus Steak Big N’ Toasted sandwich features two eggs, Angus steak, and a slice of American cheese, packed between two thick slices of Texas Toast.
The Angus Steak Big N’ Toasted sandwich is available at participating Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants nationwide for a limited time.
Dunkin' Donuts is making its debut in Ogden, Utah, on Tuesday, August 20, at 4:30 a.m. There will also be a VIP party on Monday, August 19, with free samples of Munchkins and iced or hot coffee for guests who stop in between 6 and 9 a.m.

Dunkin' Donuts announced the signing of a multiunit store development agreement with existing franchisee Luis Ribeiro for eight new restaurants in Rochester, New York. Ribeiro owns 25 of the 61 Dunkin' Donuts units in the greater Rochester area.
