Genghis Grill, the largest build-your-own-stir-fry chain in the United States, announced the winner of the third annual Health Kwest: Steve Ellis of Albuquerque, New Mexico, who claimed the $10,000 first prize by losing 30 percent of his body weight.

This year, “Khantestants”dedicated themselves for 60 days to eating Genghis Grill's healthier meal options every day, for free and for a chance to win $10,000.

Concessions International (CI), a leading concessionaire with food and beverage outlets in major airports in the U.S. and Virgin Islands, announced the appointment of Donata Russell Major to the role of chief executive, effective immediately.

Genghis Grill Prescribes Dr Pepper BBQ Chicken

Genghis Grill, the Mongolian stir-fry, has announced a new protein option that has been added to its food bar, Khan's Kitchen. From September 6 through November 6, guests can build their own bowl with a new protein option, Dr Pepper BBQ Chicken. The new item features all natural white meat chicken, with touches of soy sauce and pineapple juice, flavored with Cajun and garlic seasonings, marinated with Genghis Grill's signature Mongo BBQ sauce, and blended with the "authentic blend of 23 rich flavors" of Dr Pepper.

“Khantestants” will dedicate themselves for three months by eating Genghis Grill's healthier meal options everyday for free and have a chance to win $10,000.

Genghis Grill Conquers Four New Locations

Genghis Grill will open four new locations in Moore, Oklahoma; Sandy Springs, Georgia; Murfreesboro, Tennessee; and Texarkana, Texas. The new locations will offer residents a chance to "build your own bowl" from over 70 fresh ingredients.

The Moore, Oklahoma, site opened Sunday and is located off of Frontage Rd.on Highway I-35 and 19th, near the JCPenney and Best Buy.
