Jersey Mike's Raises $218,000 for Wreaths Across America

Jersey Mike’s founder & CEO Peter Cancro and Retired Air Force Master Sergeant and North Carolina franchise owner Joseph Minyon prepared to place wreaths on the Tomb of the Unknowns as part of the ceremony.

Wreaths Across America (WAA), a nonprofit organization founded to continue and expand the annual wreath-laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery, announced that Jersey Mike’s has donated $218,282 to support its mission to remember the fallen, honor those who serve and their families, and teach our children the value of freedom. 

From June 30–July 29, Jersey Mike’s celebrated its third annual “Christmas in July” with a nationwide fundraising and awareness campaign to benefit WAA.

New Jersey Mike's in Michigan, Arizona Opening Next Week

Jersey Mike’s Subs is preparing to open two news stores on September 5.

One of the two stores will be the chain’s 16th Phoenix-area restaurant. Father and son franchise owners Bill and Sean Mapes will hold a grand opening and free sub fundraiser from September 5 to September 9 to support the 100 Club of Arizona (Firefighter and Police Support Club).

Jersey Mike's Holds "Christmas in July" for Good Cause

For the third year in a row, Jersey Mike’s Subs will celebrate “Christmas in July,” holding a nationwide fundraising and awareness building campaign for Wreaths Across America (WAA).  

From Saturday, June 30, through Sunday, July 15, Jersey Mike’s restaurants throughout the nation will collect donations and match them for this non-profit organization, which lays thousands of wreaths at the graves of the nation’s veterans on National Wreaths Across America Day each December.  

Jersey Mike’s Sub Club Gains 200K Members in First Month

Jersey Mike’s Subs introduces a fresh approach to loyalty programs with its new Sub Club Rewards Program. Since the company launched the program in April, more than 200,000 members nationwide have signed on, providing Jersey Mike’s passionate fans with a “sub”erior experience that allows them to easily earn free subs and receive special offers.

It is the first loyalty membership program to incorporate a cardless alternative to membership identification and accumulation of points and rewards. 

Jersey Mike’s Celebrates First Store in Michigan

Jersey Mike’s Teams with U.S. Women’s Soccer Captain

Jersey Mike’s Subs is teaming up with Christie Rampone, the captain of the U.S. Women's National Soccer Team and Jersey Shore native, to create an instructional soccer video series for children that will be available on Jersey Mike’s website starting May 1.  

Rampone, the first spokesperson in the company’s 56-year history, will also appear in a multi-tiered marketing program. Jersey Mike’s hopes to appeal to busy parents who are looking for fast, healthy meal options while shuttling children from school to sports practices and other activities.

Jersey Mike’s Subs aficionados throughout the country made a substantial difference in children’s lives this March during the sub chain’s second annual “Month of Giving” by helping to raise nearly $858,000 for 74 different charities nationwide. The recipients ranged from children’s hospital foundations to youth and family services organizations.

Jersey Mike’s Launches “Month of Giving” This March

Jersey Mike’s Subs restaurants nationwide are joining forces with 74 different local charities to make a difference in children’s lives as part of the company’s 2nd Annual March “Month of Giving” fundraising campaign. 

Charity partners–all with a mission to help children–include children’s hospitals, youth organizations, food banks, and more. The inaugural Month of Giving campaign last year raised more than $600,000 for 66 charities nationwide, and the hope is this year’s campaign will raise even more.
