The new restaurant is located at 2647 Gateway Road in the Bressi Ranch Village Center by Nékter Juice Bar and Peet’s Coffee & Tea. A proven favorite with SoCal fans, Pieology will soon have four restaurants in the San Diego area, with plans to open a fifth in Del Mar in the coming months.

Pieology Pizzeria has announced the chain-wide launch of several new signature pizzas and topping selections, including a proprietary three-cheese Alfredo Sauce and signature Whole Wheat Crust. Pieology Pizzeria announced the grand opening of its Maple Grove, Minnesota, location. Located near the Shoppes at Arbor Lakes, this newest restaurant is the third owned by Minnesota Vikings offensive lineman Matt Kalil. Co-operated with his father, Frank Kalil, together they own the Pieology Pizzeria franchise rights for the entire state of Minnesota, and plan to open another 14 locations in the coming years.
Pieology Pizzeria, a fast-casual pizza brand, announced the addition of industry expert Stephanie Lambrecht, who joins the company’s dynamic management team as vice president of operations.
