The "Two Can Dine for $9.99" deal can be used for lunch or dinner. It features two entrees, including a choice of a small Create Your Own TropiChop or a 1/4 Chicken Platter with rice and beans, along with two regular-size fountain drinks and a regular-size side of yuca sticks or sweet plantains.
