Yesterday, a Memphis court approved a plan
for Sonfish LLC to acquire 20 Captain D’s restaurants located throughout Memphis and surrounding communities.

A 10-year Captain D’s veteran, Joseph Guido is the operating partner/vice president of operations at Sonfish.
“I’m excited to be back with the Captain D’s family and look forward to
continuing to serve our guests at these restaurants,” Guido says.

The list of Captain D’s restaurants include 13 within the city of
Memphis and seven others located in Blytheville, Jonesboro, and West
Memphis, Arkansas; Southhaven, Mississippi; and Dyersburg, Jackson, and Millington,
Tennessee.

The acquisition of these restaurants is the result of a 2007
reorganization filing by the previous owners SERVE Holdings.

“We are grateful to Clarence Mitchell and Robb Hunter of SERVE Holdings
for their leadership and stewardship of these Captain D’s locations
during the past five and a half years,” says David Head, Chairman/CEO of Nashville-based Captain D’s.
