Action Service Group Adds Dale Clouser to Marketing Team

Action Services Group, a national retail and commercial lighting, sign, and electrical maintenance and service company, announced the hiring of Dale Clouser as director of marketing for the company. 

In this newly created role, he will be responsible for all of Action Services Group’s in-bound and out-bound marketing and communication efforts.

Clouser brings more than 25 years of marketing and communications experience marketing a wide range of B2B products and services to his new position.  

Previously, he held positions with various Philadelphia marketing communications agencies as account director and senior marketing consultant, and on the corporate side as corporate marketing communications manager for Southco.

He also cofounded and ran his own B2B integrated marketing and communications firm for more than 10 years.

Action Services Group provides lighting, sign, and electrical maintenance services, re-lamping, and LED retrofit services to retail store chains and restaurant chains, commercial building operators, and educational institutions across the United States and Canada. 

Using a proprietary, Web-based service management system, ServicePointS Solutions, Action Services Group stores and tracks all location asset data after the initial service call, virtually eliminating return-trip service charges.

It also tracks all product warranty information to maximize cost savings and measures each service call with a customer satisfaction survey at the site level.
