ATLANTA -(Dow Jones)- AFC Enterprises Inc. (AFCE), parent company of Church’s Chicken and Popeye’s, announced today that it has replaced accounting firm Arthur Andersen, LLC with KPMG LLP as the company’s independent auditor for fiscal 2002.
