ARCOP Inc., the national supply chain cooperative for Arby’s Restaurant Group Inc., honored Willow Run Foods Inc. with the 2013 Distributor of the Year Award.

 

The Distributor of the Year Award is an annual honor that identifies Arby’s highest-achieving distributor partner who has provided superior levels of service and support to the Arby’s system.

Willow Run Foods Inc. was chosen to receive this honor due to their exemplary achievement in nine categories of key measurement set by ARCOP. These categories include: On Time Delivery, Clean Invoice, ARCOP Restaurant Survey Results, Auto Shipment Accuracy, Order Cap Accuracy, QA Complaints per Restaurant Serviced, QA Audit Score, PIMM Cradle Rate, and Purchase Price Variance.
