Jake’s Wayback Burgers, with 35 open locations, announced that it will introduce new BBQ House-Made chips to its menu at all locations starting September 21. The BBQ House-Made chips are crispy and thin with a spicy kick and are in addition to the regular House-Made chips.

“We are extremely excited to introduce the addition of the BBQ House-Made chips, as well as expand our menu," says Richard Tarascio, vice president of operations. "The BBQ chips will deliver an unforgettable taste and experience."

Additionally, in August of this year, Jake’s Wayback Burgers offered the “BBQ Crunch” burger as the Burger of the Month, which featured a preview of the zesty BBQ House-Made chips.

Jake’s Wayback Burgers serves hand-pattied burgers from 100 percent fresh, never frozen ground beef and grilled to order. The restaurant offers milkshakes made by hand, using fresh milk and hand-dipped ice cream. Jake’s Wayback Burgers also offers marinated grilled chicken sandwiches, veggie burgers, turkey burgers, and house-made chips, as well as the Burger and Shake of the Month.

Jake’s Wayback Burgers has 19 restaurants under construction and is expanding rapidly. The fast-casual chain expects to have more than 100 leases signed by the end of 2011.
