bd’s Mongolian Grill Stirs Up New Campaign

Stir-fry chain bd’s Mongolian Grill is stirring things up in 2014 with the launch of its “Stir It Up, Your Way” campaign.

Through March 31, bd’s Mongolian Grill fans will have two chances to win free food for a year.

One way is through bd’s limited-time Rewards Card program. Under the Rewards Card program, customers will receive free and discounted offers on appetizers, entrées, or desserts upon every visit. Once the Rewards Card is filled up, the guest is then entered for a chance to win free food for a year.

The second way guests can win free food for a year is by submitting their favorite stir-fry recipes at their local bd’s restaurant. A panel of judges will select the best recipe, and the winner will receive free food for a year. The winning recipe will also be featured on the bd’s Mongolian Grill website, the brand’s Facebook pagem and in the restaurant. The winners will be announced on April 1, 2014.

“This campaign is a new, fun, and interactive way for us to engage with our guests and reward them for their loyalty,” says Joe Phraner, president and COO of bd’s Mongolian Grill.

Adding even more fun and excitement, bd’s Mongolian Grill will be introducing a new collectible Mug-Stache Mug just in time for St. Patrick’s Day. Known as “The Irish Tickler,” this 25 oz. mug is the second collectible mug in the brand’s Mug-Stache series.

“We knew our collectible mugs would be a hit, but we had no idea they would be this popular,” Phraner says. “We sold over 4,800 ‘Fu Man Brew’ mustache mugs in five weeks in the fourth quarter of 2013. We know our new ‘Irish Tickler’ mugs are going to be a big hit with our guests, too.”
