Starting today, Burger King restaurants
nationwide will expand their menu selection with a new BK Value Menu
featuring 10 offerings starting at $1 each.

In addition to the WHOPPER
JR.(R), a junior version of America’s favorite burger, value-conscious
restaurant guests can choose from four-piece CHICKEN TENDERS(R), small fries
or onion rings, Garden Side Salad, 16-ounce soft drink, Dutch Apple Pie and
four other local menu choices.

“We created this menu line-up to add even more variety to our everyday
HAVE IT YOUR WAY(R) options and appeal to our core customer, who is always
looking for a good value, but isn’t willing to sacrifice great taste,” said
Russ Klein, chief global marketing officer, Burger King Corporation. “We even
put a flagship burger, the WHOPPER JR., on our value menu.”

Available daily starting at 11 a.m., the permanent BK Value Menu, priced
from $1 to $1.39, may include: bacon cheeseburger, CHICKEN TENDERS Sandwich,
chili, two tacos, mozzarella sticks, 12-ounce shake, 16-ounce ICEE(R),
Hershey’s Sundae Pie(R) and the Rodeo Cheeseburger featuring onion rings and
tangy barbeque sauce (options vary by local market).

The new menu extension is being launched with two 15- and 30-second
television spots, created by Miami-based Crispin Porter + Bogusky, featuring a
fictitious “WHOPPER(R) Family,” along with in-restaurant merchandising and
local radio.
