Bojangles’ promoted Bob Burgoyne to franchise business consultant, where he will oversee the work done for the company with its franchise groups in Tennessee, North Alabama, and North Georgia.
Burgoyne will be the ongoing liaison between Bojangles’ and its franchisees by providing counsel and advice to licensees in all aspects of their restaurant operations.
He will also assist in the successful development of the franchisee’s business at the individual restaurant level.

Having been with Bojangles’ for more than seven years, Burgoyne’s experience highlights his knowledge of training and operations for the iconic Southern brand.
He has previously served as the company’s manager of training, director of franchise training and operations services and, most recently, franchise field training manager.
