Boston Market Holiday MealsBoston Market is offering four complete, fully cooked, chilled, ready-to-heat, homestyle holiday banquets, plus a la carte rotisserie turkey breasts, and whole or half honey glazed hams for small and large holiday gatherings.

The banquets feature Boston Hearth(TM) Rotisserie Breast of Turkey and Boston Hearth Honey Glazed Ham, traditional side dishes like made-from-scratch mashed potatoes and gravy, savory stuffing, whole kernel corn, cranberry- walnut relish and cornbread. Turkey breasts, whole hams, half hams and extra large side dishes are also available a la carte. Customers are encouraged to order early to ensure their orders will be ready and waiting for pick-up the day before their celebration. Banquets can feed up to 24 people.

“Holiday take-out food is the ideal solution for busy people who just don’t have the time to prepare an entire holiday meal,” said J. Michael Jenkins, Chairman and CEO of Boston Chicken, Inc.

Orders can be placed by calling or stopping by any Boston Market restaurant. Boston Hearth banquets, rotisserie whole turkey breasts, and whole or half hams are sold chilled and ready-to-heat with easy heating instructions provided. Recommended retail price for a la carte turkey breasts is $6.49 per pound; for whole and half hams, $6.49 per pound. For the holidays, side dishes are available a la carte in a special extra large size, with a recommended price of $4.99 each.

The majority of Boston Market restaurants will close early on Christmas Eve and will be closed on Christmas Day. Customers are urged to verify holiday hours with their local Boston Market restaurant. Customers should plan to pick-up their orders at least two hours before serving to allow for heating time. For the 1999 holiday season, Boston Market gift certificates are available in the restaurants and online through the Boston Market web site.
