Dave Wolfgram, CEO of Boudin Bakery, announces that Boudin SF will unveil its second Silicon Valley location in Cupertino on Thursday, March 21.

To welcome the local community, Boudin SF will reward the first 100 customers in line with a free loaf of its San Francisco sourdough bread every day for one year. The first spot in line will be reserved for West Valley Community Services, a local community center benefitting from Second Harvest food bank.

“We are thrilled to celebrate the grand opening of our second Silicon Valley location in Cupertino,” says Wolfgram. “This opening comes on the heels of our Sunnyvale opening, and we anticipate another warm reception from our customers. As always, it’s a pleasure bringing a little bit of San Francisco to the South Bay and supporting our community through Second Harvest.”

As an expanding brand with six Northern California locations, Boudin SF is the perfect fit for Silicon Valley’s casual, yet fast-paced lifestyle. Boudin SF offers alternatives to home-cooked meals for busy professionals, parents, commuters and anyone seeking a healthy lunch or dinner on the go.  Boudin SF also provides a fun, family-friendly atmosphere for those wishing to eat at the restaurant, serving freshly-made breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the famed Boudin San Francisco tradition and featuring Boudin Bakery’s San Francisco sourdough bread.

And in keeping with the tech-savvy, on-the-go nature of the Silicon Valley lifestyle, Boudin SF will to continue to offer a newly improved Web-to-Go service, an easy and convenient alternative to waiting in line, allowing customers to order lunch or dinner online through a simple three-step process.

All dishes at Boudin SF are made with quality ingredients – including meats, cheeses, and fruits and vegetables that are locally sourced whenever possible. Favorite signature dishes include seasonal salads like the Pt. Reyes Cobb made with romaine lettuce, Pt. Reyes blue cheese, applewood smoked bacon, diced chicken, egg, diced tomato, and ranch dressing; the Classic Sourdough Baguette Burger made with Black Angus beef; The Great with Bacon Grilled Cheese, made with Havarti and cheddar cheeses and topped with bacon and served on parmesan-crusted sourdough; and classic San Francisco-style Clam Chowder served in a sourdough bread bowl.

Boudin Bakery, established in 1849 and the oldest continuously operating business in San Francisco, is the creator of The Original San Francisco Sourdough French Bread that has enthralled generations of San Franciscans.
