Braddah’s Opens First Restaurant in Las Vegas

Braddah’s Island Style Burritos, Bowls & Tacos officially opened July 26, 2013. The brand has adopted the mantra “Where Pineapples, Palm Trees, and Peppers burst with Our Aloha Spirit and Flavors” to describe its concept.

The restaurant is the latest addition to the Rainbow Blvd/Sahara Ave. area, and is located at 2330 South Rainbow Boulevard, in front of the Red Rock Harley-Davidson store. Braddah’s menu features island-inspired foods that are fresh and prepared daily in a quick, casual setting. Guests will be able to choose from specialties including Huli Huli Chicken, Kalua Pig, Pulehu Steak, Grilled Fish, and Island Grilled Veggies. The atmosphere, with Hawaiian posters and island music, palm trees, as well as outdoor patio seating, will make this location a spot for everyone to enjoy. This location will also offer drive-thru and call in service for to-go orders. The drive-thru is anticipated to be open for service in mid-August.

“We are very excited to be opened,” says Christopher Campbell, president and CEO. “We are bringing island flavors to the burrito and taco segment, because we thought the market was saturated with typical Tex Mex and Southwestern flavors. These recipes have been developed over a seven year period featuring an excellent blend of salty, sweet, and smoky flavors.”

The featured item is the Kalua Pig along with the Mango & Roasted Corn Salsa. The feedback Braddah's has received on various social media outlets throughout the first week has been phenomenal according to Campbell. He says the Kalua Pig and Huli Huli Chicken are the fan favorites right now, and these options are available in rice bowls, tacos, and burritos. The most popular dessert is Coconut Bark.
