Bread & Butter Concepts (BBC) announced the development of its next home-grown concept: a modern version of authentic trattoria-style Italian food. The new addition will be located in the upcoming Woodside Village development in Kansas City, Missouri. The new Italian eatery will feature modern interpretations of classic Italian dishes as well as creative new recipes. Additionally, a wood-burning oven and house-made pasta crafted in view of guests will help create an authentic vibe.

The new concept will combine elements of relaxed sophistication and a Tuscan feel, with the comfort of modern lounge seating and a grandiose back bar. As with all BBC restaurants, the design aesthetics will work together to create a conceptual and culinary experience. Bread & Butter Concepts CEO & founder, Alan Gaylin, will work with Realm Architecture & Design of Phoenix, Arizona, to ensure the ideal restaurant design.

Bread & Butter Concepts specializes in crafting restaurants in the Midwest with a distinctive look and feel. Founded in 2009, Gaylin’s company operates five restaurants and a food truck: BRGR Kitchen + Bar, Gram & Dun, Urban Table, and Taco Republic.
