The Broaster Company unveiled its new blending room this month, showcasing a six-figure capital investment in equipment and technology at its company headquarters.

The blending operation now includes upgraded mixing and packaging equipment to deliver a 25 percent increase in The Broaster Company’s capacity to provide blended coatings and marinades to its customers worldwide.

“We’ve been planning this upgrade for over a year and now expect to realize gains in efficiency and overall operating expenses with the new equipment,” says COO Dick Schrank. “This gives us flexibility in blending non-allergenic products that will improve our response times and our turnaround on custom blends and standard coatings and marinades.”

The Broaster Company has been recognized with the “AIB superior” rating by the American Institute of Baking for the last four years, “and we intend to keep the top rating going forward,” Schrank says.

The Broaster Company is a leading provider of equipment, processes, and menu solutions to branded foodservice concepts worldwide.

The Broaster trademark is used by more than 5,000 independent operators serving Genuine Broaster Chicken and other products of The Broaster Company worldwide.
