Wisconsin-based The Broaster Company is proving that pressure fried chicken is a top choice for restaurant menus not only in North America, but across the globe. The manufacturer of high-quality pressure fryers and licensor of Genuine Broaster Chicken and Broaster Recipe Express food programs has been recognized by Poland’s Food Business Awards. Poland distributor Broaster Polska accepted wins in two categories and came out as a finalist in three additional categories.

 

Food Business Awards showcases the best companies and dining in Poland, and honors the work and achievements of restaurant owners and staff. Each category has three finalists and one winner, judged by speakers and panelists from the Gastronomic Market Food Business Forum. Broaster won in the categories titled “The Best Fast-Food” and “Debut Catering Concept” and was a finalist in the categories titled “Innovative Marketing Strategy,” “Effective Brand Development, Café/Ice Cream Shop Operating in a Chain,” and “Restaurant With Waiter Service Operating in a Chain.” Broaster Polska accepted the awards on October 29, 2013 at a gala dinner held in Warsaw.
