At The Original Brooklyn Water Coffee Co., coffee lovers can now experience the freshest cup of coffee possible made with specialty-grade, hand-picked beans from around the world that are roasted on-site daily.
Brooklyn Water Enterprises Inc., the pioneering company that creates Brooklynized water for use in all its restaurants’ food, beverage, and bakery products, today announced the launch of the new ground-breaking concept that will transform the understanding of a fresh cup of coffee – it’s made from freshly roasted beans, not just-ground beans.
“We’re roasting the world’s best beans and combining it with the best water around to make the perfect cup of coffee,” says Steven M. Fassberg, founder, chairman, and CEO of The Original Brooklyn Water Enterprises.

To celebrate the grand opening at 14451 South Military Trail, Delray Beach, Florida, Larry King, the broadcasting legend, will sign free one-pound tins of his very own Larry King Sunrise Coffee for the first 50 customers.
In addition, the coffee roaster and The Original Brooklyn Water Bagel Co. – right next door – will offer a free cup of coffee to customers all day on Monday, Jan. 23.
Coffee lovers can come in and sniff the roast master’s blends made with the finest beans from Colombia, Sumatra, Bali, Guatemala, Zimbabwe, and other regions.
They can watch as beans are put in the roaster, 90 pounds at a time. They’ll be able to experience the exquisite all-natural coffee flavors made with no sugar added.
The Original Brooklyn Water Coffee Co. menu includes specialty Frozen Brookaccino coffee drinks, such as the Flathbush Freeze, Canarsie Caramel Cooler, and the Bensonhurst Blast – all made with crush coffee cubes and a choice of artisan whipped creams made fresh daily.
Whipped cream flavors include Amaretto, Kahlua, dark chocolate and hazelnut. The coffee roastery also offers specialty lattes and hot chocolates made with premium Ghirardelli Chocolate that can be topped off with a favorite whipped cream, and come in flavors that include Toasted Marshmallow, Caramel, Irish Cream, and Toasted Almond Mocha.
