Bruegger's Bagels and Caribou Coffee will celebrate the opening of the Twin Cities’ fourth co-branded coffeehouse bakery on Wednesday, June 25, at the Shops at Wedgewood in Maple Grove, Minnesota.

"Minneapolis-St. Paul has been an incredibly strong market in terms of growth and guest loyalty for Bruegger’s Bagels and our partnership with Caribou Coffee builds on that solid base," says Bruegger's Bagels Vice President of Marketing Judy Kadylak. "Our companies share a long history in the Twin Cities, and we look forward to providing the Maple Grove community a comfortable, neighborhood gathering place to enjoy great food and coffee all under one roof.”

The Maple Grove location continues to honor Bruegger’s Bagels’ 30-year baking heritage, with the baking area taking center stage. An open kitchen and plate glass windows allow guests inside and out to watch as bakers make fresh, authentic New York-style bagels throughout the day using a traditional kettle and artisan oven.

In celebration of the Maple Grove opening, the coffeehouse bakery will open at 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 25, and the first 50 guests in line before 5:30 a.m. will be treated to bagels and coffee for a year (one bagel with cream cheese and one medium coffee each week for a year). Everyone else in line prior to 5:30 a.m. will receive a coupon for a bagel with cream cheese and medium coffee.

The 2,571-square-foot coffeehouse bakery, at 13384 Bass Lake Road in Maple Grove, features indoor seating for 21, as well as a patio area for 20 guests, a full view of the baking area, a drive-thru window, and free Wi-Fi. The coffeehouse bakery will be open Monday-Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday-Sunday from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
