Buffalo Wild Wings Introduces New Menu August 1

Buffalo Wild Wings® will be launching a new menu on August 1, adding grilled options and spicier dishes to heat up its offerings and broaden its appeal to a more diverse and growing customer base. The new menu will feature a variety of mouth-watering additions that are full of flavor, spice and excitement – including a significant increase in the restaurant’s wrap section.

“We are confident that our guests will be truly satisfied with the additions we have made to our menu,” says Kathy Benning, senior vice president, marketing and brand development. “Our research and development team has done a superior job in creating delicious options for our guests. By adding more grilled items, as well as expanding our wrap section, we will be able to reach out to and satisfy a more diverse group of guests.”

Buffalo Wild Wings will be significantly expanding its wraps section by adding five new items, including the Southwest Chicken Queso Wrap, the Southwest Shrimp Queso Wrap, Chicken Caesar Wrap, Grilled Chicken Wrap, and the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap. Pico de Gallo, made fresh daily in the restaurants, will also be added to several existing and new items including Ultimate Nachos, Quesadillas, Taco Salads, Chicken Tender Wrap, and Grilled Chicken Buffalitos, as well as those wraps new to the menu.

Buffalo Wild Wings will also be adding the Shrimp Caesar Salad, which will be made with the Company’s signature popcorn shrimp. Naked Tenders™ – non-breaded, all white meat chicken tenders lightly seasoned and served with a choice of one of 12 Buffalo Wild Wings signature sauces – were introduced in March but will be officially added to the menu on August 1.
