Buffets, Inc. Adds Baby Back Ribs To Everyday Dinner Menu

Ryan’s, HomeTown Buffet, and Old Country Buffet are all now serving grill favorites every night of the week. Last year, the restaurants began serving their popular Rancher’s Select Sirloin every night, and now they’ve added Blue Ribbon Baby Back Ribs. 

These slow-cooked pork ribs feature a special blend of spices and are basted with a signature barbecue sauce. The baby back ribs and steak both are available for dinner every night starting at 3:30 p.m.

“We are focused on serving families what they love most, and ribs rank high as one of the favorite menu items,” says Alice Crowder, vice president of marketing for Buffets, Inc. “Offering steak every night was a huge benefit to our guests, and now that we’ve added baby back ribs every night, guests will know we have two of their favorites waiting whenever the stop by for dinner.”

In addition to the Blue Ribbon Baby Back Ribs, the buffet restaurants are offering other barbecue favorites, including country-style ribs, rotisserie chicken, fried chicken, baked potatoes with toppers, potato salad, waffle fries, coleslaw, barbecue salad, and more. Menus may vary by location.

“Our selection of favorites offers families more of what they want, more often—all at reasonable prices,” Crowder says. “We want all the families that come to us as guests to have a great experience, and want to give them reasons to visit often.”
