Café Yumm!, one of Oregon’s fastest-growing privately held companies over the past five years, has hired Marne Dunder to fill the newly created position of assistant marketing director.
Dunder is an Oregon native and a graduate of the University of Oregon. His past marketing experience includes work in planning, design, writing, and presentation. The new position will help Café Yumm! maintain a consistent brand image while the business continues to grow and bring its eateries and product offerings to new markets. Dunder will focus on franchise sales, strategic product promotions, in-store merchandising, package design, social media, event planning, and copy writing.
“We have a unique culture and business model at Café Yumm!,” says Mark Beauchamp, co-founder and president. “So we were very pleased to find someone like Marne who shares our passion and vision.”
Café Yumm! has 11 stores throughout Oregon and plans to open at least two more stores in 2013. Café Yumm! retail products can be found in nearly 100 grocery stores throughout Oregon, Western Washington, and Northern California.
