This April, fans can take a bite out of California Tortilla’s Flamin’ Gator BBQ Burrito, a spicy addition to its menu available for a limited time only.

Made with grilled Mesquite chicken, bacon, caramelized onions, Mexican rice, black beans, romaine lettuce, and salsa, what sets this chomp apart is a fan-favorite J.T. Pappy’s Gator Sauce. Straight out of the Carolinas, J.T. Pappy’s is available in three levels of heat: The Flamin’ Gator Sauce is a medium-heat barbeque treat; guests can go a little tamer with mild Gator Sauce or kick it up a notch with Hot Gator Grenade Sauce.

California Tortilla is known for taking a spin on traditional Mexican food, and the Flamin’ Gator BBQ Burrito is an example of how the chain is reimagining Mexican. Available at California Tortilla locations nationwide for a limited time only, the regular burrito is $7.19, and a small is $6.39.
