Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop opened the doors to its latest 24-hour Las Vegas location on Craig Road. Sandwich lovers have a reason to celebrate as the 32nd Las Vegas Capriotti’s will continue the 38-year-old tradition of roasting whole, all-natural turkeys in-house daily to create its popular subs.

Committed to providing the best-tasting sandwiches possible since 1976, Capriotti’s uses fresh ingredients to create their unique subs, known across 15 states and federal districts. Some of the award-winning sandwiches include the sandwich shop’s signature creation, The Bobbie, made with in-house roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, homemade stuffing, and a hint of mayo on a freshly baked roll, and the SlawBeJoe, created with homemade roast beef, Provolone cheese, coleslaw, and Russian dressing. Capriotti’s also offers a wide variety of meatless options like the Veggie Turkey, as well as an assortment of customizable, hand-tossed salads such as the Cap’s Creation, made with mixed greens, tomatoes, diced cucumbers, and a wide assortment of toppings for guests to choose from.

“Our fans were visiting the first Craig Road location so frequently that we decided to bring another Capriotti’s to the same street to not only serve even more guests but also be open for those with late-night cravings,” says Ashley Morris, CEO of Capriotti’s. “As we grow our brand presence nationwide, we can only expect to eventually be on every corner in Las Vegas.”
