Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, a sub franchise, honored the leaders that go above and beyond to maintain the brand’s reputation for extraordinary flavor and exceptional service. Capriotti’s recognized individuals in categories, including “Highest Sales,” “Service Excellence,” restaurant, franchisee, and multi-unit franchisee of the year, as well as celebrating the team members, managers, and support center staff whose hard work makes Capriotti’s thrive.

 

Capriotti’s recognized KCI Investments LLC owner, Ken Antos’ Mission Valley, San Diego shop as “Restaurant of the Year” for cleanliness, store sales, above average restaurant evaluation scores, exceptional service, and consistent use of customary products and vendors. For surpassing standards and playing an integral role in the Capriotti’s brand, “Franchisee of the Year” was awarded to Jimmy and Eun Young Thornton, owners of two Las Vegas shops. “Multi-Unit Franchisee of the Year” was presented to David Carpenter, owner and operator of Gobblers Kirkwood LLC, for remarkable management of multiple locations in Delaware. The “Lifetime Achievement Award” was presented to Kim Smith for her 20 years of dedication working with Capriotti’s Support Center.
