Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop, makers of one-of-a-kind signature sandwiches, opens its doors today to its newest location in Scottsdale, Arizona. After seeing great success throughout Arizona, this Scottsdale location is part of a southwest-focused expansion of the Vegas-based restaurant. Known for a family-friendly atmosphere, Capriotti’s will begin offering its made-to-order sandwiches and salads to hungry Scottsdale residents.

Capriotti’s is best known for its signature sandwiches such as the Bobbie, likened to “Thanksgiving dinner on a roll” and made with in-house roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and mayo. Other favorites include the Capastrami, made with hot pastrami, Swiss cheese, Russian dressing, and cole slaw, and the new Chopped Italian Salad with Genoa aalami, Capacolla ham, pepper ham, and Provolone cheese. Continuing the 35 year-old tradition started at the first Capriotti’s, this location will oven-roast its homemade turkey and beef in house each night and serve the freshest ingredients for mouth-watering sandwiches and salads.

“Continuing our expansion into Arizona with a Scottsdale location is very exciting for us and our Capriotti’s fans,” says Ashley Morris, CEO of Capriotti’s. “Seeing how well received our sandwiches have been at our shops in Tempe, Mesa, and Ahwatukee shows great promise for this location. We want to continue to provide our new and old customers with delicious sandwiches to keep them wanting to come back for more.”

Capriotti’s will be located 15227 N. 87thSt, Suite 107, Scottsdale, Arizona 85260.
