Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop announces its newest opening in Phoenix at one of the “hottest corners in the city,” Bethany Home and 16th Street.

This will be Capriotti’s fifth restaurant in the greater Phoenix market, with locations currently in Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Arizona, and now Phoenix proper.

Capriotti’s will bring the world-famous Bobbie, voted “Greatest Sandwich in America” by thousands of AOL readers, conveniently to this hip neighborhood at one of the coolest crossroads in the city.

This location will feature one of the largest outdoor patios in the system and is outfitted with televisions for guests to watch their favorite sporting events while enjoying their subs with a choice of wine or locally brewed beers from Four Peaks Brewing Company.

Founded in Wilmington, Delaware, in 1976, Capriotti’s continues its 36-year tradition of slow-roasting overnight, whole all-natural turkeys, and premium roast beefs in-house daily.

These whole Butterball turkeys are roasted in their own pans to marinate in their own juices and naturally roasted to a beautiful golden brown, ensuring every bite is fresh, juicy, and flavorful.

Capriotti’s outstanding flavor and creative menu items have received numerous accolades, including being named one of the “10 Great Places for a Surprising Sandwich” by USA Today

Capriotti’s accolades include: “Best of” awards in Delaware, Las Vegas, Dallas, Quad Cities, Eastern Shore, and San Diego.

Capriotti’s award-winning sandwiches include the famous Bobbie, crafted with hand-pulled turkey, cranberry sauce, homemade stuffing, and a touch of mayo piled on a freshly baked roll; the Capastrami, made with hot pastrami, Swiss cheese, coleslaw, and Russian dressing; and the Delaware-style Cheese Steak.

Capriotti’s also offers a variety of meatless subs, like the Veggie Cole Turkey and Vegetarian Cheese Steak, as well as an assortment of hand-tossed salads prepared fresh for Phoenix neighbors.

“Capriotti’s has been in popular demand since we arrived in Arizona just a few years ago, so we are pleased to offer another location for Phoenix residents to find their favorite sandwiches,” says Ashley Morris, CEO of Capriotti’s. “Our longstanding tradition of excellence will continue to impress at our newest Capriotti’s and many more to follow.”
