Captain D’s Seafood Restaurants announced the addition of a “Titans Meal” to their menu at select stores in parts of Tennessee, Kentucky and Alabama. The meal, which gets its name from the Tennessee Titans professional football team, will cost $3.99 with a portion of the profits from each meal sold being donated directly to the Special Olympics.

The meal includes a new Captain D’s product, home-style crunchy fish, plus, bite-size shrimp, cole slaw, fries and hushpuppies.

Customers will also have a chance to purchase a 44-ounce soft drink in a Frank Wycheck souvenir cup. Wycheck is an All-Pro tight end for the Titans and a year-round supporter of the Special Olympics.

“The Titans are an important part of our community and area. That’s why we felt it was important to support the team and one of its premier ambassadors, Frank Wycheck, “said Ron Walker, President and Chief Operating Officer of Captain D’s. “Plus, our customers win by getting to support a great cause and enjoying a new menu item in the Titans meal at the same time.”

The Titans meal will first appear on the menu at the beginning of the professional football season in September. Stores in middle Tennessee, Knoxville, Chattanooga, southern Kentucky, and Huntsville, Alabama will offer the Titans meal.
