Carvel launched an all-new salted caramel flavor, which features creamy caramel ice cream and a hint of salt.
Through June 29, guests can satisfy both their sweet and salty cravings by enjoying this new flavor in a variety of ways, including Salted Caramel Soft Serve, Fresh Scooped Salted Caramel with pieces of Heath Toffee Bar, or Salted Caramel Heath Sundae Dasher, which features salted caramel soft serve ice cream with multiple layers of Heath milk chocolate toffee bar chunks with caramel sauce and topped with whipped cream.
“The Carvel brand is all about putting a smile on every face by serving delicious ice cream treats that are handcrafted in our neighborhood shoppes,” says Carvel president Scott Colwell. “We’re excited to have our loyal guests try these popular new combinations.”
Carvel, the first retail ice cream franchise in the country, celebrates its 80th anniversary this year. Since its founding in 1934, the Carvel brand has expanded its menu to include an extensive line of fresh-scooped and soft-serve ice cream, take-home novelty treats, and premium ice cream cakes.
