Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc., the nation's largest double drive-thru chain and Official Burger and Drive-Thru Restaurant of NASCAR®, is offering guests the chance to win $100,000, NASCAR Race Weekend Trips, and millions of food offers.

"Checkers® and Rally's® is thrilled to have the opportunity to bring the NASCAR experience to fans across the country along with the chance to win $100,000," says Richard S. Turer, vice president of marketing of Checkers. "As the Official Burger and Drive-Thru of NASCAR, no other quick-service chain can deliver what we can -- relevant prizes and food offers to our loyal fans and to the 75 million NASCAR fans throughout the country. This sweepstakes, combined with our already successful NASCAR Triple Cheeseburger, is a great summer event for us, and we are excited to have our nearly 800 restaurants participate."

Prizes can be won by playing the Checkers/Rally's $100,000 Double Drive-Thru Challenge Collect & Win and Instant Win Game, which began yesterday and runs through August 31, 2005, (or while supplies last) at participating Checkers and Rally's restaurants. Guests can peel to reveal instant-win prizes or food offers and receive one of the letters needed to spell "NASCAR" for a chance to participate in the Double Drive-Thru Challenge Drawing when they order a large Coke®.

Challenge Drawings of those who correctly spell out "NASCAR" will be conducted to select 10 contestants who will win trips for two to either the Chevy® Rock & Roll 400 in Richmond, Virginia, on September 10, 2005, or the Ford® 400 in Homestead, Florida, on November 20, 2005. At these races, semi-finalists will be determined by drawing conducted by GeigerDonnelly Marketing, an independent judging organization. Two Semi-Finalists will participate in the Challenge Finalist Drawing, to be held in New York City on or about December 2, 2005, where one will have a chance to win the Challenge Grand Prize of $100,000.
