Cheeseheads Meet the Bobbie (Again)

After a successful Madison debut in March 2010, Capriotti’s opened a second location on Regent Street and its third in the state of Wisconsin yesterday.

Using only premium meats, oven-roasted in-store nightly, Capriotti’s is more than just a sub shop, it’s a sandwich experience. Capriotti’s best-known sandwich is the Bobbie--made with homemade turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and mayonnaise.

“We are so excited to open a second Capriotti’s in Madison and are thrilled with how the city has embraced our sandwiches,” says Steve Chanos, of Chanos LLC, Wisconsin Capriotti’s franchisee.
