Chicken Salad Chick Taking Montgomery by Storm

Chicken Salad Chick is scheduled to open its second franchise location in Montgomery on April 15, 2014. The new restaurant will be located in the Sturbridge Village at 7946 Vaughn Rd.

“We are so excited to add this new location to the growing Chicken Salad Chick community in Montgomery,” says Kevin Brown, president of Chicken Salad Chick. “It is so encouraging that the current demand there has led to the opening of a second location.”

Current owners Justin and Cassie Boyd of JustCass wanted to bring an additional restaurant to Montgomery after the success of their first opening there in October 2012. “This is a very exciting time for our family and business as we look forward to continue serving the Montgomery community,” says owner Justin Boyd. “We hope that our passion for providing southern hospitality and palate pleasing food is evident to all who walk through our doors.”

“We have been enormously blessed with the success and demand we have seen from the current Montgomery location,” says Stacy Brown, founder of Chicken Salad Chick. “Montgomery is the first city that we opened a location in outside of Auburn, and we couldn’t be happier with growth we’ve seen there.”

“This East Montgomery restaurant is perfect for us to continue to showcase our brand to both our loyal customers and those who have yet to enjoy the Chicken Salad Chick experience,” Brown says. “This location, along with our other stores opening in the next few months, represent a very exciting time in the young life of our company.”
