Chuck E. Cheese Kids Magazine Debuts Successfully
Email this storyRead More About
Chuck E. Cheese has introduced a kids' magazine designed by the same same firm that created the erstwhile Big Boy Magazine. The publication is described as "a fun, full-color collection of game tips, jokes, puzzles and an exciting 8-page comic detective story featuring Chuck E. Cheese and his friends."
Kids "buy" their copy of the magazine with points earned at Chuck E. Cheese’s entertainment/ restaurant centers. Demand for the magazine has exceeded expectation, with the initial run of 250,000 being depleted.
The magazine's creator, Craig Yoe, is formerly VP and GM of Jim Henson’s Muppets and the creative talent behind Taco Bell's "Monster Eyeball Straw." His design firm, YOE! Studio, specializes in creating brand loyalty in children.
