Less than a year after being featured on the ABC reality show "Shark Tank,” Cinnaholic announced that it will have eight new franchise locations open within the next couple of months. The award-winning bakery specializes in nothing but custom gourmet and vegan cinnamon rolls.

The newly revealed locations include Santa Rosa, California; South Lake, Texas; Ocean City, Maryland; Charlotte, North Carolina; and four more undisclosed locations in Maryland and Delaware.

Shannon Radke says she founded Cinnaholic out of pure love for baking and never dreamed to have her concept expand across the United States. "It is still a little overwhelming when I think about everything that has happened after our episode aired on Shark Tank" says Shannon Radke, a vegan and co-owner of Cinnaholic, along with her husband Florian. "We made the right choice with staying calm and taking the time to find the right partners though."

The Radke's partnered with franchise industry veteran Atlanta Franchise Group to lead their franchise growth across the United States.

"We have been very careful with selecting our franchise partners," says Cinnaholic co-founder Florian Radke "and we couldn't be happier with the final selection."

With close to 1000 reviews on Yelp and a 4.5 star rating, Cinnaholic is one of the favorite dessert places in the San Francisco Bay Area and has been recently named "#5 of 21 Best Things To Do In The San Francisco Bay Area" by the Huffington Post.
