Cold Stone Creamery is holding a training camp send-off celebration on Tuesday, July 22, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. to benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Arizona. Fifty percent of the evening’s sales will be donated to help grant the wishes of children in Arizona with life-threatening medical conditions. The celebration sends the team off to Flagstaff to begin training for the 2009 season. Football fans, Cold Stone Creamery ice cream lovers, and Make-A-Wish supporters are invited to join Monty Beisel, Elton Brown, Eric Green, Matt Leinart, Deuce Lutui, along with other coaches and players. Cold Stone will also roll out the red carpet for Make-A-Wish kid Tyler, age 8, who is eagerly awaiting his wish to meet basketball MVP Steve Nash.
