Rainey Road LLC, which owns and operates CrownTonka Walk-Ins and ThermalRite, announced the acquisition of International Cold Storage (ICS), manufacturer of one-piece walk-in coolers, from Carrier Commercial Refrigeration Inc., a subsidiary of Carrier Corporation.

All three companies, CrownTonka, ThermalRite, and ICS, will operate as separate entities, providing a complete portfolio of cold storage products to the grocery, convenience store, foodservice, institutional, scientific, and industrial industries. The ICS management team, under the leadership of general manager Kevin Wilson, will continue to lead the organization.
