Corner Bakery Cafe Debuts New Turkey Monterey Panini

Just in time to help guests snap out of their long winter daze, Corner Bakery Cafe will debut the newest member of its signature grilled panini lineup, the Turkey Monterey Panini.

The made-to-order Turkey Monterey Panini features smoked turkey, fresh spinach, and provolone cheese, layered on sourdough bread with a homemade artichoke asiago spread. As one of the first cafes in the country to offer the grilled panini, Corner Bakery Cafe has mastered the culinary art of pressing panini until they are golden brown with grill marks. 
 
“We have combined bold flavors in layers of fresh ingredients to craft an unexpected, delicious new Panini,” says Ric Scicchitano, senior VP of Food & Beverage. “The Turkey Monterey Panini is perfect for guests who love our panini offerings but want to shake up their routine.”
 
Also new on the menu is Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup, which combines the savory flavors of chicken, red and yellow peppers, carrots, celery, onions, tomatoes, and orzo pasta simmered in a broth with a hint of lemon. Guests also have the option to pair this soup with a half Turkey Monterey Panini to create a Corner Combo, which averages $7.99.
