Costa Vida restaurants, known for its Baja-inspired, made-from-scratch meals, is offering customers the raspberry chipotle chicken burrito or salad. The new menu was created by Executive Chef David Prows to take advantage of summer’s seasonal ingredients.

The raspberry and chipotle flavors complement Costa Vida’s salads and burritos which are made with cilantro lime rice, black or pinto beans, a choice of sweet pork, steak, chipotle chicken or shredded chicken or beef.

“We’re always searching for ways to add new, fresh ingredients to keep the menu dynamic, and the new raspberry chipotle offers customers a little taste of summer,” says Chef Prows. “All our foods are made fresh, from scratch daily, to offer customers the best of Baja-style dining,”

In addition to a variety of dine-in options, Costa Vida also offers many catering and to go options.

“Costa Vida takes freshness seriously. Every component of every meal—tortillas, salsas, slow-simmered meats, and sauces—is made fresh in each restaurant daily. Nothing compares to a meal made with fresh, all-natural ingredients prepared from scratch each day,” says Nathan Gardner, CEO of Costa Vida. “Customers have responded to our commitment to quality by making Costa Vida one of the fastest growing and most exciting restaurant franchises in the nation.”
